My dear friend,

Is it necessary for me to tell you how much I burn with desire to be with you and our friend Haj Ahmed Benomar even for just one moment to relive the happy days we had together? That being the case, I have telephoned Madame Fayol and reminded her of the generous promise she made to us. She informed me that she will be coming to Rabat on Saturday, the 26th of November and expressed her wish to join us on that day. I will await to hear from you if this proposition is agreeable to you or not. In case you have another suggestion I ask that you let me know about it so I can inform our two friends. However if you agree with Madame Fayol's proposal, please confirm this to me as soon as possible and wait for us at the Salé gate in front of the bus station a little before sundown.
